Hello. ‘BONEFORM’ is our debut collection of experimental eyewear, combining visual aesthetics with tactile considerations.
We would like to share some design highlights:
[A] The base for this design was animal bones. Using that as inspiration, we freeform sculpted the design across multiple iterations into the expressive accessory you see today.
[B] We wanted something that did not feel two-dimensional to view and touch. Primarily, this was achieved through divots, edges, curves, and negative space.
[C] You will appreciate the ergonomics of this product, and how it is a blend of the ‘wraparound’ and ‘cat-eye’ styles. We have also been thoughtful on lowering the weight of each product.
[D] Then, there was consideration to material and texture. The different variants are either glossy, matte, translucent, or metallic. They all conduct body heat in a different manner.
[E] We wanted to offer design variants in colours that are bold and expressive. Complementing this detail, the lenses all feature gradient tones.
